摘    要:对M10、M15、M50甲醇汽油以及93#汽油在GW491QE发动机上进行发动机性能台架试验研究。扭矩始终保持在60N·m,转速从1 000r/min增加到3 000r/min,记录相应数据,分别绘制动力性、经济性和排放性能曲线,对比分析,探讨影响GW491QE发动机性能的因素,选出能在GW491QE发动机上实际应用的合适掺烧比例甲醇汽油。试验结果表明:在中低转速时,3种甲醇汽油的功率与93#汽油基本相同,即动力性与93#汽油大致保持一致;燃油经济性降低大约6%~10%;3种甲醇汽油的HC和CO排放均降低,M15改善最为明显;NOx排放有所降低。综合考虑GW491QE发动机的动力性、经济性和排放性能,M15甲醇汽油为较好的实际应用比例。

Experimental study on the performance of different proportion methanol gasoline mixed burning

Abstract:M10,M15,M50 methanol gasoline and 93#gasoline engine performance test has been made on the engine GW491QE. The torque always stays in 60 N · m, the rotational speed increases from 1 000 r/min to 3 000 r/min,and the corresponding data are recorded. Engine performance curve, economy performance curve, and emission performance curve are drawn respectively, compared, and analyzed. The influencing factors of GW491QE engine performance are discussed, and the suitable blending ratio of methanol gasoline which can be practical applied in engine GW491QE is chosen. The experimental results show that:in low and middle speed, the powers of three kinds of methanol gasoline and 93 # gasoline are basically the same, that is the engine performances are broadly in line with 93 # gasoline;fuel economy performances reduce about 6%~ 10% ;the HC and CO emissions of three kinds of methanol gasoline are lower,in which the improvement of M15 is the most obvious;the emission of NOx is reduced. With the engine performance, fuel economy performance and emission performance taken into account in GW491QE engine,M15 methanol gasoline is a good proportion of the actual application.
