校园公共设施服务满意度多层次模糊综合评价

校园公共设施服务质量的好坏是衡量校园环境水平的重要标志,对其进行测评有利于校园公共设施服务的改进和完善。介绍了校园公共设施服务满意度的多层次模糊综合评价测度方法。为了使满意度测评更加合理,采用了主客观赋权法给出权重系数,使最终评价结果更具客观、科学、合理性。并以厦门大学为例,对其评价并提出意见。

Multi-level fuzzy integrative evaluation to campus public facilities service satisfaction

The service quality of public facilities on campus is an important index to measure the level of campus environment, and the evaluation to it is beneficial to improve and perfect the campus public facilities services. This paper introduces the multi-level and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to campus public facilities service satisfaction. In order to make the satisfaction assessment more reasonable, the subjective and objective weighting method is used to give weight coefficient, so that the final evaluation results are more objective,scientific and reasonable. Taking Xiamen University as an example, the suggestion and assessment to this evaluation system are given in the paper.
