钢桥面铺装非均布轮载效应分析

摘    要:为了对非均布轮载作用于不同钢桥面系的效应进行预估,在建立三维有限元接触分析模型的基础上,运用有限元正交数值模拟试验分析了凸形、凹形分布荷载的非均布荷载效应(非均布荷载作用下铺装层各力学指标相对于均布荷载作用下对应值的增幅),并应用逐步回归分析方法回归出非均布荷载效应的近似计算公式.分析结果表明,凸形分布产生明显正的非均布荷载效应,凹形分布产生负的非均布荷载效应;而精度分析表明回归公式具有较高的精度,可用来近似计算非均布荷载效应.

Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of load distribution on pavement response of long span steel bridge,three types of simplified pressure distribution are put forward,and the corresponding pavement response is obtained through contact analysis of 3D finite-element method.At the same time,the regression formulas of the effects of uneven distributed loads are put forward by regression theory.It is found that convex load has a remarkable positive effect,and the concave load has a negative effect.Precision analysis shows that the regression formulas are of good accuracy,which can be used to calculate the effect of uneven distributed load.
