摘    要:为了控制聚能装药爆炸危害效应,降低爆炸噪声,拓展聚能装药的应用空间,在参照膛口消声器和工业用消声器的基础上,为聚能装药设计了3种消声装置。对不同结构不同参数消声装置进行试验。试验表明,结构外径80 mm的小孔扩散消声装置具有足够的结构强度,聚能射流可穿透40 mm厚均质45#钢靶板,在30 m距离上测到的噪声降到了60 dB,可在工业安全应用中,达到预期设计要求。

Abstract:Based on gunpoint muff ler s and indust rial muf f lers, three kinds of noise eliminator s w ere designedto cont rol the explosion hazard ef fect s, depress the ex plosion no ise, and ex tend the use of shapedcharg e. Ex perimental invest igat ions of no ise el iminators w ith dif ferent conf ig urations and dif ferent parametersw ere carried out . It is prov ed that the small-ho le-diffusion noise eliminator with 80-mm outside diameteris str ong, that the shaped charg e jet penet rates through 40-mm-thick 45# steel isot ropic targ et , andthat the sound pressure level at 30 m cut s down to 60 dB, w hich is safe and available fo r commercial use.The ant icipated design r equirement s are satisfied
