| 摘 要： | 根据对科技企业孵化器发展能力的界定,建立了科技企业孵化器的发展能力的评价指标与方法体系。选取10家国家级创业服务中心2005年的数据为样本,应用因子分析法从综合管理能力、孵化能力和社会贡献能力三个方面对这10家科技企业孵化器的发展能力进行横向了比较和分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition of science and technology business incubator＇s developing capability（STBIDC）,the evaluation indexes and methods（EISMS） were established.By using the ten national business incubator centers＇ data in 2005,the developing capabilities of the ten national business incubator＇s have been analyzed and compared horizontally from the following aspects： combination management capability,incubation capability and social contribution capability. |
