添加物对共混聚丙烯腈纤维结构和性能的影响

摘    要:采用多种高聚物作为添加物,分别与聚丙烯腈共混后,在两种溶剂路线中制得了多种共混多孔腈纶。研究了添加物种类、组成以及添加量对共混聚丙烯腈纤维结构和性能的影响,发现:共混纤维微孔体积与添加物种类、组成及添加量有关,但其吸水性能仅与纤维内部微孔体积有关,与添加物的吸水性能无关。

Abstract:A series of blend acrylic fibers was wet-spun by mixing the polyacrylonitrile copolymer with other selected plymer, and the structure and properties of the resulted blend acrylic fiber were studied. It was found that the volume of the microvoids depends on the quantity of the specific polymer and its composition, The water retentive properties of the blend fibers is detrmined by the volume of the microvoids, but independent of the added polymers.
