| Abstract: | Based on the present situation of the continuous education for the librarians at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that the contents of the continuous education for the librarians of university should include the education of modern information techniques and the education of the new knowledge, and the continuous education should be carried out in the forms of educational certifications, middle or short term training and academic research activities. |
