提高石灰石掺量增加粉煤灰活性的研究

摘    要:从实验出发 ,指出在煤粉燃烧过程中 ,添加适量的石灰石 ,不会明显降低煤的发热量 ,有时反而会使发热量有所上升。石灰石的添加会显著抑制原煤中硫的挥发。燃煤灰熔点随石灰石掺量改变 ,仅在某一特定掺量下会出现熔点最低温度值。该研究结果为在电厂原煤中增加石灰石掺量 ,提高增钙粉煤灰的活性 ,提供了理论依据

Abstract:The paper indicates that the combustion of coal mixed with a certain amount of limestone in pulverized coal boiler does not cause a significant lowering of the calorific value of the fuel, and sometimes even results in a rising. The process can decrease the volatile sulfur content of coal. The melting point of coal ashes varies with the limestone content, and the lowest value appeares at a certain dosage. The research supplies a theoretical basis for increasing the limestone content and improving the activity of resulted calcareous fly ash.
