高速磨床主轴模态测试与分析研究

摘    要:在MSC.PatranNastran软件平台上建立了CNC8312A高速凸轮轴磨床主轴在支承约束状态下的有限元模型,对其结构进行了动态分析与优化并得到了主轴的最优结构模型,应用LMS振动及动态信号采集分析系统对优化前后的主轴进行了模态测试与分析.实验表明,测试得到的主轴动态特性和利用有限元软件仿真分析得到的主轴动态特性是一致的,优化后的主轴1阶固有频率明显提高,利用有限元软件进行高速磨床主轴结构优化是可行的.

Modal Testing and Analysis of the Main Shaft for High-speed Grinder
Abstract:The finite element model of the restricted main shaft was built on the MSC.Patran & Nastran software platform for CNC8312A high-speed camshaft grinder, the optimal model of the shaft was found by means of dynamic analysis and optimization method, and the modal testing and analysis of the main shaft were performed with the LMS dynamic signal sampling and analyzing system. Experiment results have shown that the dynamic characteristics gained through testing are consistent with simulation analysis, the improvement of the first frequency of the optimized main shaft is obvious in comparison with the original shaft, and the structural optimization method based on finite element software is feasible for the design of the main shaft of high-speed grinders.
