| 摘 要： | 网络技术的发展在对人类进步产生积极的促进作用的同时，也不可避免地产生着负面的影响，它严重地影响着当代大学生的心理健康、伦理道德、认知人格、价值观念等。因此，加强网络安全、开展大学生网络道德教育和网络心理健康教育有着重要的现实意义。

Therefore, strengthening the network security, and developing the network moral education and the network psychological health education for the university students possess important actual significance. |
