摘    要:
基于Iyla Shumlevieh提出的概率布尔型网络(PBN)模型,讨论了概率布尔型网络PBN的结构分析问题.依据PBN网络模型中任意两基因之间量化了的相互影响,对基因调节网络图进行分割,得到各自独立的子网络.同时,依据一定规则找到对网络的稳定性起决定作用的关键基因,通过对关键基因的状态分析,并扩展到整个网络,最终确定PBN的状态.

Abstract:
Based on the the Probabilistic Boolean Network (PBN) proposed by Iyla Shumlevich, analysis of the structure of the network is presented in this paper. One PBN can be divided into many independent SubPBNs according to the mutual influence between two genes. Several rules for analyzing the PBN's structure are also defined to sort out the key genes or the important parts which play decisive roles in the network. By expanding the analysis of key genes to the whole network, the state of the network can be determined.
