| 摘 要： | 根据项目进度领域现有研究的不足，提出多模式柔性资源约束型折现流项目进度问题(MMFRCPSP-DCF)。柔性资源的引入放松了资源约束，扩展了活动模式的选择范围，从而可以在一般资源约束的基础上进一步优化项目进度，同时可以为承包商提供基于项目进度优化的资源租用或购买清单。从资源的柔性成本、完成各项事件的费用、业主的支付以及奖惩机制等方面对MMFRCPSP-DCF进行了分析，构建了以净现值最大化为优化目标的非线性整数规划模型，并通过算例对研究结果进行了验证。

| Abstract: | According to the defects of the researches dealt with PSP, the authors put forward multi-mode flexible resource-(constrained) PSP with discounted cash flow(MMFRCPSP-DCF).Using flexible resources would not only optimize traditional MMRCPSP, but also provide a bill of resources that should lend or buy under fixed activity mode package. The authors (analyze) the flexible cost, the cost to finish the events, the payments, and the bonus/penalty, formulate nonlinear integer (programming) model of MMFRCPSP-DCF. Ultimately, the outcomes of the paper are illustrated by an instance. |
