| 摘 要： | 高校教务管理工作是高校基础工作中的一项中心工作,建设一支高效、专业的教务管理队伍是高校工作的重要内容,本文针对教务管理人员的现状：来源复杂,专业不对口;离职率高,队伍不稳定,工作缺乏创新精神等问题提出必须着力提升普通高校教务管理人员能力,需具备知识结构及创新能力,娴熟的计算机操作能力,较强的组织协调沟通能力等。
