| 摘 要： | 行动研究是一种参与式的实地研究范式.本文通过分析民办高校辅导员的工作特性,探讨辅导员开展行动研究的理论基础,并从组织保障和个体行动两方面提出行动研究的发展路径.从而给新时期的民办高校辅导员工作注入新的动力,由此可减缓职业倦怠,积累职业规律,提高思想政治教育管理水平,实现个体职业生涯的发展.

| Abstract: | Action research is a participatory field of research paradigm.By analyzing the operating characteristics of private university counselors,the theoretical basis for action research of counselors’ work was explored,possible ways both from organizational guarantee and individual action were provided.In order to bring a new driving force to the work of counselors,ease the job burnout,accumulate the occupation principle,and improve the management level of ideological and political education,so as to promote development of individual career life. |
