摘    要:本文介绍了一种实现小接地电流系统单相接地故障自动选线的新方法——最大投影差值法。该方法完全克服了零序电流取样自电流互感器二次例中线时,由于CT不对称引起的不平衡电流I_(bp)对电容电流的影响,且只有各出线电气量的相对比较,毋需数值整定,从而使装置灵敏度高,适用于架空/电缆出线的有/无消弧线圈的大、中、小系统。样机现场试验结果表明:正确选线率达100%。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new method named "Maximizing shadow difference"which is used to select the faulted line or bus automatically when single-phase short circuit to ground appears in the power system with floating neutral. The method based on maximizing shadow difference totally overcomes the errors caused by the unbalancing currents resulting from the difference of the zero-sequence current among the three CT. So the device is always of high reliability.lt may be used for protecting of single-phase short circuit to ground, either in a big, middle, or in a small power system, which may be with or without choke in neutral.This device is suitable for either bare wire or cable system.The experimental data of the tested device has proved that the rate of correct selecting is about 100%.
