中小直径铜杆连轧机孔型系统设计

摘    要:铜线坯铸连轧生产线是中小直径铜杆轧制生产的关键成套设备,轧制工艺是保证生产质量的重要环节.根据铜加工塑性加工特性及金属连轧理论,结合生产过程,文章提出了中小直径铜杆连轧机整个孔型系统设计方法和参数计算方法,计算了各轧制道次延伸系数、各道次孔型金属充满度等关键参数.并对连轧机中的动态参数进行了计算.实验表明,该设计方法能减少生产故障,提高产品质量,延长轧辊寿命,对连轧机设计有一定指导意义.

Abstract:The copper wire stock rolling mill line is the key equipment of small and middle diameter light and low oxgen copper bar manufacture.The rolling technology is crucial to ensuring the production quality.Based on copper plastic processing features,the metal rolling theory and the practical procedure,the paper presents the design method of the copper bar rolling mill pass system and the calculation methods of the factors.Some key factors,such as the elongation factor and filling metal degree through the pass system at every rolling segment,and some dynamic factors are calculated for small and middle copper bar roiling mills.The test result shows that the design method can reduce the procedure errors,improve the product quality and prolong the rolls life.The presented work is a good help to the design of rolling mills.
