摘    要:本文以水杨酸为模板分子,水为分散介质、聚乙烯醇为分散剂,分别以甲基丙烯酸和2-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂合成了单分散分子印迹聚合物微球,比较了由不同功能单体合成的分子印迹聚合物微球识别能力和选择性。表明以2-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体合成的分子印迹聚合物微球具有更好的识别能力和选择性,

Abstract:Molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres(MIPs) with salicylic acid as template were synthesized by suspension polymerization with polyvinyl alcohol 400 as dispersive reagent. The 2-vinylpyridine(2-VP) or methylacrylic acid(MAA).was used as functional monomers,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linking agent and 2,2'-azo-bis-isobutyronitrile as the initiation agent. The discrimination capability and selectivity of the resultant MIPs made from different functional monomers were studied. The MIPs from 2-VP showed better discrimination capability and selectivity than those from MAA.
