基于农产品供应链集成机制的大豆供应链集成对策研究

从农产品供应链集成的动因、集成过程中的各种模式以及集成的结果,揭示了农产品供应链的集成机制.以此为基础,结合黑龙江非转基因大豆供应链的约束分析,说明中国现阶段大豆供应链的主要存在思想、组织、政策环境和技术管理方面的障碍.对此给出了相应对策,主要有:构建有利于集成的政策环境以保证进口大豆控制在一个合理的范围,培育我国供应链核心企业,通过协会扁平化供应链、减少交易成本,同时注重核心企业构建合理的生产商、收购经理人和加工商之间利益分配机制,真正能够运用期货手段规避市场风险等.

A Study of Integrated Countermeasures of Supply Chains of Soybean Based on Integrated Mechanism of the Supply Chain of Agricultural Products

Integrated mechanism of the supply chain of agricultural products is revealed from driving forces,results,and process of integrated the supply chains.Some models are given in development of the integrated process.The integrated supply chains of soybean have the obstacles of ideas,organization,policies' environment and technique management based on the integrated mechanism and analysis of the bound of the non-genetically modified soybean supply chain in Heilongjiang.The mainly countermeasures for the obstacles are given such as to control the equilibrium amount of the import soybean by government,to construct a fair interest mechanism among growers,middleman and processors by core enterprise,to avoid the market risk by core enterprise being good at futures.
