| 摘 要： | 传统法学教育的教学单向化、一体化及学科中心化等特点，已很难适应当今社会对人才多层次、个性化及适应能力强的要求．法律诊所教育超越传统教育的课堂局限性，通过向学生提供全真的实践环境使其获得真实的角色体验并培养良好的司法技巧，是法学教育模式改革的有益尝试．但作为一项舶来模式，诊所教育在我国的本土化仍存在诸多障碍，在教学模式的移植过程中必须保持足够的审慎．

| Abstract: | The traditional legal education mode can not meet the needs of modern society, which includes needing more multi-level, individual and adaptable persons, because it is an integrated, unilateral, subject-centered education mode. Clinical legal education mode can overcome many limitations and provide real practical environment for students so as to make them get real experiences and good judicial skill training, which is a good attempt for educational reform. However, as an exotic, clinical legal education mode still faces many obstacles in its localizing process in China. Therefore, the transplantation of the educational mode has to be handled with circumspection. |
