草莓叶片不同部位叶绿素荧光特性的研究

摘    要:以草莓(Fragaria ananassa Duch)为材料,研究叶片不同部位叶绿素荧光参数的差异。结果表明,草莓叶片不同部位之间,一些性状(Fv/Fm、Yield、PAR、ETR(叶正面)、qP))不存在明显的差异(P〉0.05),而其它性状(Fo、Fm、ETR(叶背面)、qN)存在明显的差异(P〈0.05)。但整体看来,正面的一些反应光合作用的因子(如Fv/Fm、Yield、ETR、qP)均大于背面。不同叶位叶绿素荧光特性的差异在一定程度上反映了草莓不同部位叶绿素的含量和光合作用能力的差异。

Abstract:With Fragaria ananassa duch as the research object,we study the difference of parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence at different leaf position.The results show that there are little difference in some characteristics(eg.Fv/ Fm,Yield,PAR,ETR(on the surface of the leaf),qP),while there are obvious difference in some characteristics(eg.Fo,Fm,ETR(under the surface of the leaf),qN).However,in general,the factors(eg.Fv/ Fm,Yield,ETR,qP) on the surface of photosynthesis are larger than those under of it.Different leaf chlorophyll fluorescence of the differences to some extent reflects the different leaf chlorophyll content and the ability of photosynthesis difference.
