| 摘 要： | 本文从基础教育、医疗卫生、社会保障和基础设施建设四个方面出发,利用TOPSIS综合评价法对我国八个民族地区的基本公共服务水平进行了绩效评价,并与我国西部及全国平均水平进行对比,同时从以上4个方面分析了民族地区同全国其他地区的差距所在.本文对少数民族地区的基本公共服务在"十一五"末期的发展程度做了评估,为今后西部民族地区社会事业的发展指明了重心.

| Abstract: | Using the TOPSIS method,this paper gives a comprehensive performance evaluation of the basic public service in the eight national provinces from the basic education,medical treatment and public health,social security and infrastructure construction.It draw a conclusion that the degree of the public service have developed.It provided the key of the development in the minority areas in the future. |
