| 摘 要： | 分析了组成业务流程的活动之间的关系，提出了活动间信息交流的度量方法，将活动间的结构特征转化成代数矩阵的形式加以表示，据此提出了业务流程的结构模型，并用ISM法进一步分析了该模型所揭示的结构特征，从而为流程的重构提供新的依据．

| Abstract: | The relations between the activities and the basic elements of a business process are discussed. The method to measure the information flow in activities is proposed. The structural featuresin the activities are transformed and expressed in form of matrix. A structured model for the businessprocess is developed, and the ISM method is used to analyze the structural features exhibited by themodel. All these will provide a new basis for the reengineering of the business process. |
