学习邓小平创新思维提高学报编辑工作创新水平

创新思想是在马克思主义认识论指导下，遵循思维规律，创造性地提出新观点，新结论的认识过程，邓小平理论深刻地蕴涵着邓小平运用马克思主义立场，观点，方法从我国实际出发研究解决新情况，新问题的创新思维，高校学报作为反映新形势下高校教学科研的综合性学术理论刊物，要在世纪之交全民族创新特别是科研创新中走在前面，编辑人员不仅要认真学习这一理论的科学体系和基本观点，而且要自觉掌握邓小平研究和解决实际 问题的科学态度和创新思维，特别是注意结合教育改革和现代化建设对提高学报水平的迫切要求，切实树立创新意识，增强创新能力，建立创新机制，实施创新手段，这样高校学报才能紧跟时代步伐，提高自身质量，完成肩负的历史任务。

Studying Deng Xiaoping's Thought of Innovativeness to Improve the Level of Innovation in Editing Work of an Academic Journal

Thinking of innovating is a process of cognition which is guided by Marxism epistemology. It abides by the laws of thinking and puts forward creatively new views and new conclusions. Deng Xiaoping Theory implicates the thinking of innovating profoundly. He,from the reality of China, studied and solved the new circumstances and problems appearing newly by using the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method. Academic Journal of a colleges or a university as a publication on comprehensively academic theory, reflects the achievements gained under new circumstances in scientific research and teaching. If it wants to be ahead in the innovation of the whole nation, especially in the scientific research at the turning of the century, the editorial staff should not only study the scientific system and fundamental views of Deng Xiaoping theory by heart, but also master the thinking of innovating and Deng's attitude towards the practical problems conscientiously. Particularly, editorial staff should pay much more attention to the demands of improving the quality of the academic journal which are appearing in the course of education reform and modernization. Combining with them, staff is to set up the consciousness of innovating feasibly and develop the ability, to carry out the measures in the way of innovation. Only in this way, an academic journals can keep in step with the times and improve the quality of its own so that it is capable of accomplishing the historical task undertook.
