| 摘 要： | 本文应用扫描电镜及相位差显微镜对下列三种吸虫毛蚴进行了比较观察。一、肝片形吸虫毛蚴:顶突呈厚壁圆环状,中央为顶腺开口,壁上有4个腺体的开口及6根短纤毛。纤毛上皮细胞共21个,排列顺序为6.9(6.3)、4.2;第2列由2个完整的亚列组成。在第1、2列上皮细胞间的细胞嵴上,有2个侧乳突和4个细胞间嵴小突。二、布氏姜片吸虫毛蚴:顶突由2个唇瓣样物构成,中央为顶腮开口,未见其它小孔及纤毛。纤毛上皮细胞数及排列顺序与肝片形吸虫的相似,但第2列只有一个半亚列组成。三、日本血吸虫毛蚴:顶突呈网格状,上有2个穿刺腺开口及4—6根短纤毛。纤毛上皮细胞共22个,排列顺序为6、9、4、3,第2列呈单行排列。在第1、2列细胞间,有2个侧小突和多个细胞间嵴小突。本文还对上述各种结构的功能进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The present paper reports the results of the structural comparisons through observations of the miracidia of Fasciola hepatica,Fasciolopsis buski and Schistosoma japonicum by using the scanning electron microscope. 1.The miracidium of Fasciola hepatics:The apical papilla is round and thick-walled,with the opening of the apical gland at the centre.There are 4 openings of the gland body and 6 short cilia.21 ciliated epsthelial cells are found arranged in a sequent order of 6,9(6,3),4 and 2 cells in each row.The second row consists of 2 complete sub-rows.There are 2 lateral papillae and 4 intercellular ridge papillae on the cell ridge between the epithelial cells of the first and second rows. 2.The miracidium of the Fasciolopsis bushi.The apical papilla is composed of 2 lip-like parts.The apical opening is at the centre.No other openings or cilia are found on the apical papilla.The number of the ciliated epithelial cells and their arrangement are similar to those of the miracidium of the Fasciola hepatica,but the second row has only one and a half sub-rows. 3.The miracidiumof the Schistodoma japonicum:The apical papilla possesses a net-like structure with 2 apical gland openings and 4-6 short cilia.The ciliated epithelial cells are 22 in number,arranging in a sequent order of 6,9,4 and 3 cells.The second row has only one line of cells.Between the epithelial cells in the first and second rows there are 2 lateral papillae and a number of intercellular ridge papillae.
