| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放政策的推进,办公自动化正逐渐替代传统的手工操作办公模式。为适应形势发展的需要,秘书部门实现办公自动化势在必行。办公自动化的普及运用或许会给秘书工作会带来一定的负面影响,但它能大大加快秘书的工作流程,提高工作效率,缩减经费开支,也使得办公室的垂直管理变得更为直接和科学。

| Abstract: | With the acceleration of Reform and Opening-up Policy,office automation has been replacing the traditional manual mode.It is necessary for the secretarial department to realize office automation to meet the current needs.The widespread application of office automation may have some negative impact on secretarial work,but it not only helps to accelerate working process,improve working efficiency and reduce expenditures,but also makes office vertical management more direct and scientific. |
