| 摘 要： | 基于激励劳动力提升人力资本的视角,运用博弈论理论分析了单一价格机制和灵活价格机制对高、低能力劳动力决策的影响,重点分析了不同价格机制下两种类型劳动力的最优反应,得出灵活的价格机制对劳动力有正向激励作用,有利于提高劳动力的人力资本和工作效率,增加企业的收益。

| Abstract: | Based on game theory,this paper analysis the influence of single labor price mechanism and flexible labor price on workers,focusing on the best response of labor to different laobor price mechanism. In conclusion,the flexible price mechanism and enching human capital are positively correlated.This conclusion is in favor of improving human capital and efficiency of workers,meanwile,increasing the revenue of enterprise. |
