摘    要:基于单台高速摄像机和两组反射镜建立多气泡虚拟三维测量系统,根据立体视觉测量原理及投影变换模型,以平面靶为标定基准,通过镜头畸变校正与非线性算法优化,对系统中的左右虚拟摄像机及传感器参数进行标定,并应用于气液两相流中多气泡的实际测量.结果表明:使用平面靶标定的虚拟三维系统测量误差小于0.06,mm,可精确重建多气泡三维轨迹,实验结果具备可靠性和适用性.

Abstract:The virtual three-dimensional system in multi-bubble measurement based on a single high-speed camera and two pairs of mirror sensor groups was constructed. The measurement model and the perspective transformation model of the virtual three-dimensional vision were analyzed. Based on the calibration of the lens distortion and the nonlinear optimization algorithm, the right and left virtual cameras and the stereo vision sensor were calibrated respectively by the planar target respectively. The system was then used for the actual measurement of multi-bubbles in gas-liquid two-phase flow. Experimental results show that the measurement error of virtual three-dimensional system calibrated by planar target is smaller than 0.06 mm. The three-dimensional trajectories of multi-bubbles can be recon- structed accurately, and the outcome is reliable and applicable.
