| 摘 要： | 在分析军队院校专业技术人才队伍建设现状的基础上,提出在军队院校专业技术人才队伍建设明显落后于地方重点大学的现实情况下,应该充分利用军队院校的有利条件,克服不利因素,采取各种有效的措施,促进专业技术人才队伍建设快速发展。

| Abstract: | The construction of the military technician team has been obviously dropping behind that of the other regional key universities these years. Based on analyzing the status of the technician team in military academies, this paper puts forward that it is essential to take the best advantages of military academies, overcome its disadvantages, and adopt multifarious effective measures to expedite the construction of the technician team. |
