| 摘 要： | 随着高科技信息网络技术在局部战争中的广泛应用，军人信息素质已成为军队战斗力生成的关键因素，影响着军队信息化建设的步伐和战争的胜负。军事院校作为军事人才培养的基地，深入研究和探索军事人才素质培养，尤其是学员信息素质的生成和发展规律，做好信息化建设人才储备，是立足现实、面向未来、提高战斗力的需要，是我军跨越式发展的客观要求。

| Abstract: | With the application of information and network technology in the local wars, the information quality of military talents is becoming a key factor in enhancing the army＇s combat effectiveness. It has a great effect on the construction of military infomationization and plays an important role in determining the result of war. As the cradle of military talents, military academies should study how to cultivate military talents, especially their information qualities, so as to meet the requirement of creasing our army＇s combat effectiveness and leap-forward development. |
