新时期维护中国先进军事文化安全的战略思考

当前，随着社会的发展和时代的进步，中国先进军事文化面一临着多元社会文化理念和外来文化观念的挑战与冲击，文化安全问题日益凸显，并成为影响我军长远发展，事关我军性质、宗旨和本色的重要课题。在推进中国特色军事变革和履行新世纪新阶段历史使命的进程中，要维护中国先进军事文化安全，必须始终坚持以创新的思维构建中国特色军事文化，永葆文化发展的方向性和科学性；必须以科学的态度审视西方军事文化成果，增强文化发展的自主性和开放性；必须以阵地的意识加强先进军事文化传播，强化文化发展的指导性与教育性。

Strategic thinking of maintaining security of Chinese advanced military culture in new ages

With the development of our society and the times, Chinese advanced military culture is confronted with the challenge from mult-culturalism and outside cultures. The problem of cultural security is becoming obvious and has become an important element that affects our army＇s nature, purpose, quality, and development in long term. In the process of accelerating the revolution in military affairs with Chinese characteristics and fulfilling the mission in the new century, in order to maintain the security of Chinese advanced military culture, an innovative thought has to be held to build up a Chinese characteristics military culture and to keep the directionality and scientificity of the cultural development; a scientific attitude has to be persisted in to survey the western military culture and to strengthen the self-reliance and the opening up of the cultural development; a view of the position has to be insisted on to spread the advanced military culture and to reinforce the direction and education of the cultural development.
