| 摘 要： | 结合目前有关道德教育的理论和实践研究,文中把任职教育背景下职业道德教育的内容从三个维度进行划分。从层次上看,包括职业道德理想、原则和规则三个方面;从结构上看,包括职业道德认知、情感和行为三个方面;从责任对象上看,包括对组织、对他人、对专业、对自我的道德四个方面。
