FBD型CO高变催化剂低汽气比性能及其工业应用

摘    要:介绍了FBD型CO高温变换催化剂的低汽气比性能和热稳定性.与B112型CO高变催化剂及国外同类型ICI71-4催化剂相比,FBD催化剂在低汽气比条件下具有更高的低温活性和热稳定性.工业使用情况表明:FBD型CO高变催化剂在低汽气比条件下能够长期运行,活性下降不明显,抗副反应能力很强.

Abstract:In this study, the low stream gas ratio characteristic and thermal stability of FBD carbon monoxide HTS (high temperature shift) catalyst were presented. Comparing with B112 catalyst and abroad ICI71-4 catalyst, FBD catalyst possesses preferable low temperature activity and thermal stability at low stream gas ratio atmosphere. This was proved well when the catalyst was put into industrial application: it can keep high activity at low stream gas ratio atmosphere for long terms, and effectively restrain side reaction.
