摘    要:针对敏捷制造单元的特点,提出了一种面向对象的赋时Petri网(OOTPN)的仿真方法。该仿真模型不但能够模拟 实际运行过程中复杂的行为,还可以进行性能分析,为单元重构提供反馈并为单元控制提供指导。这种方法充分利用Petri网技术的仿真能力。同时通过面向对象技术的运用,单元的仿真模型还具有高度柔性和重用性,在单元重构后能够快速生成新的仿真模型。

Abstract:An Object Oriented Timed Petri Net (OOTPN) is proposed for simulating agile manufacturing cell (AMC). The OOTPN paradigm for AMC simulation consists of three phases. The general OOTPN block for each manufacturing resource is constructed. The joint transitions and suitable control decision rules are defined to connect these OOTPN blocks. The complete OOTPN simulating model for AMC is generated at last. A computer aided simulating tool is developed to ease the practical AMC simulating work. Through computer simulating, the dynamic behaviors of AMC can be emulated effectively and performance analysis can be carried out to provide feedback to AMC reconfiguration phase and evaluate the quality of control logic. This OOTPN approach possesses the characteristics of both object oriented method and Petri nets. The simulation model based on this approach has the high degree of flexibility and reusability. In comparison with other simulating methodologies, the main advantage of OOTPN is that the simulation model for AMC can be regenerated quickly by selecting or modifying appropriate pre defined modeling objects when agile manufacturing cell is reconfigured.
