摘    要:企业所获得的核心竞争力 ,必须实现顾客所看重的核心价值。本文从研究顾客价值内涵出发 ,探讨了顾客价值与企业核心竞争力之间的关系 ,在此基础上 ,提出企业核心竞争力的建设和管理应围绕着顾客价值而展开 ,目的是寻找顾客的真正价值所在 ,为企业构筑自身的核心竞争力提供新的途径。

Abstract:The core competence of an enterprise should realize the core value that costumers focused on.This paper start from the study on the intention of customers' value,and further discussed the relationship between costumes' value and core competence of an enterprise,then based on these,put forward that the form and management procedure of core competence of an enterprise should be highly related to the customers' value,and the purpose of these procedure is to find out the true value of customers,and find out new method to form core competence for an enterprise.
