瓦斯智能预警系统的构建研究

摘    要:煤矿瓦斯的治理和防范是煤矿安全的重要内容。现行的信息化安全管理手段如监测监控系统等都存在一定的缺陷和不足,例如通信协议不规范、监测信息可靠性不高、智能化较低等。本文综述了监测监控系统的现状和不足,对煤矿安全预警系统的框架进行了构建,提出了构建瓦斯智能预警平台的系统思想;从三类危险源角度列出煤矿事故致因模型;提出了煤矿瓦斯预警系统结构和主要模块,并介绍了系统的主要功能;最后提出系统设计方法及其中的主要关键技术。

Abstract:The control and prevention of gas hazard is an important issue of safety in coal mines.There are certain limitations in information-based safety management such as gas monitoring systems at present,for example,not standardized communication protocol,poor reliability of monitoring information,not fully intelligent systems,etc.The present situation and limitations of gas monitoring systems in coal mines as well as the concepts of gas early-warning system are reviewed and discussed in this paper.The model of accident-cause theory based on three types of hazards is presented,and the structure of gas early-warning system and major modules with their basic functions are described.Finally,the methods and key points in system design are presented in order to provide some new approaches in controlling gas hazard and improving the safety in coal mines.
