| 摘 要： | 提出了计算移动离散余弦变换（ＤＣＴ）的一种快速算法，其计算量仅是直接计算时的２／Ｎ（Ｎ是变换序列的长度）；讨论了该算法的数值稳定性问题，并给出了用该算法实现的变换域自适应谱线增强器的计算实例。

| Abstract: | A fast recursive algorithm for computing running discrete cosine transform( DCT)ispresented,which provides substantial computational savings compared with the direct compu-tation,and the stability of its numerical computation is discussed. The transform domainadaptive line enhancer based on the fast algorithm is implemented and the simulation results aregiven. |
