摘    要:葡萄糖传感器在数10年的发展中取得了巨大的进展,在无酶、有酶方面的研究层出不穷,取得了令人瞩目的研究成果.在现实生活中,葡萄糖的定量测定在食品工业、临床医学、生化领域上具有重要意义,被广泛应用在生物医学、食品加工、工业生产等领域,它对发展经济和推动社会进步起到了十分重要的作用,得到世界各国的重视.简要的总结了近年来国内外基于合金纳米材料修饰的葡萄糖传感器的研究进展,并对葡萄糖传感器的发展方向和趋势进行了展望.

Abstract:Tremendous progress has been made in the research of the glucose sensor during the past decades and outstanding achievements have been made in the research of enzyme. In real life, the quantitative meas- urement of glucose is of great significance in the practice of clinical medicine, food industry, and biochemical fields. It is widely used in biomedical realm, food processing, industrial production and other fields and it plays a crucial role in the economic development and the development of our society. All the countries attach great importance to it. This paper briefly summarizes the research progress of alloy nanometer materials - based modification of glucose biosebsor, and forecasts the trend and developmental orientation of glucose biosensor.
