| 摘 要： | 运用SWOT分析法对地方师范院校师范专业毕业生就业所处的外部环境和拥有的内部资源进行分析，使其理性地认识自己的就业竞争实力，从实际出发，适应就业市场需求，合理规划职业生涯，寻求适合自己的理想就业岗位，为破解大学生就业难题提供参考。
