明代云南的土军和土兵

明代云南土军分为三类：一为少数民族土司控制的本族军队，二是由当地各族民众组成的由地方政府控制的军队，三是编入卫所中的在编军队，各卫里面的中左所军队即属此类。云南的土兵，按照广义的内容范围，包括卫所土军、地方土兵和土司军队三部分。按照狭义的定义，则专指卫所中的土军。卫所土军在云南诸卫所中，一般而言，除正规的五所外，另外增加的千户所，多是由土军及归附的地方土兵编成。地方土兵则是由地方政府控制的乡勇土兵。而土司军队则是由云南土著民族士兵群体构成的军队。是真正意义上的土军。

Army and Soldiers of Chieftain in Ming Dynasty in Yunnan

There were three types of chieftain army in Ming Dynasty in Yunnan ： the local army controlled by the chieftain of ethnic groups, the army made up of different local peoples controlled by the government and the army controlled by Wei and Suo. In a broad sense, the chieftain soldiers in Yunnan during Ming Dynasty included the soldiers in Wei and Suo, local soldiers and chieftain army, in a narrow sense; however, they included only the chieftain army in Wei and Suo. The chieftain army in Wei and Suo included the soldiers from five Suos and the Qianhu Suo. The local chieftain soldiers were made up by the soldiers from counties. The chieftain army made up by the local peoples in Yunnan was really the chieftain army.
