| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,在高校人才培养的具体实践中承担着重要职责.加强辅导员队伍建设,推进其职业化发展是当前一个重要课题.针对目前辅导员职业发展存在基础保障不足、职业认同感不高、职业能力有待加强等问题,从需要层次理论的视角出发推进高校辅导员职业发展具有现实意义.

| Abstract: | Counselor is a significant part of university teacher troop, and has an important responsibility for university qualified personnel training during practice. Strengthening counselor troop＇s construction and pushing it into professionalism development is an important topic at present. There are existing problems as insufficient basic guarantee of counselor occupation development, less occupation identify, low occupation ability. Promoting university counselor occupation development has a practical and instructive sense on the basic of hierarchical theory of need. |
