云南省学前教育办园体制研究

摘    要:办园体制制约着学前教育事业的发展,而办园体制的关键在于政府财政投入机制.为此,应坚持以政府财政投入为主,并以政府财政投入为支点,促进融资,从而通过财政投入带动社会与家庭投入,形成政府、社会、家庭共同举办学前教育的格局,同时,因地制宜多样化办园,以突破云南省学前教育办园体制难题.

Abstract:The policy for running pre - school education limits the development of the pre - school education and the key to the policy lies in the government's funding investment. The government's investment should be the main support to invite funds from families and society so that the collective pattern of running the pre -school education by the government, the society and families can be formed and various patterns for running the preschool education may break the limitation.
