| 摘 要： | 主要论述计算机辅助教学在食品微生物学上的应用 ,其中包括对它的发展作介绍 ,描述它在教学上所拥有的独特教学效果和不同类型 CAI课件 ,并列出详细的 CAI辅助教学课件的制作例子 .最后对 CAI的存在问题和未来发展方向作了简单概括 .
