试论温州模式新变革

2011年温州发生多起企业家、公务员和银行人员等进行民间借贷后出逃的事件。温州民间借贷的资金链一夜之间断裂,伴随着大批老板跑路,制造业低成本优势正在流失,民间金融风雨飘摇,应对这场危机,解决之道在于改革。因此,温州应当继续深化金融改革创新,把金融改革与实体经济发展结合起来,并辅之以要素市场、财税体制、收入分配体制以及政府自身改革的配套。企业自身也要进行体制、产品、管理及品牌等方面的创新,切实提升企业竞争力。
