企业信息化关键影响因素的典型相关分析

目前企业信息化影响因素的研究大多是在评价指标体系的建立上,没有对其关键因素做进一步探讨,或对关键因素的描述过于宽泛,不易在实践中操作。为此,在研究企业信息化成熟度评价指标及其影响因素的基础上,采用典型相关分析方法,通过对63家企业问卷调查结果的定量分析,找出了评价指标和影响因素之间的关系。从10个可能的指标中得出了6个企业信息化成熟度评价指标,这些指标是:企业局域网建设水平、网站建设水平、生产过程的自动化程度、系统间信息共享程、与合作伙伴系统的衔接能力、电子商务的应用水平。从30个对评价指标有影响的因素中得出8个关键因素,这些因素是:企业领导的重视程度、员工的信息化技能、企业的信息化资金投入、企业管理制度现状、部分间的合作状况、政府对企业信息化的资金投入、政府在信息化中的作用以及客户和供应商的信息化水平。在企业信息化过程中,抓住这些关键影响因素,可避免人力、资金等方面的浪费,提高信息化的效果,达到稳步提高本企业核心竞争力的目的。

Key Factors of Enterprise Informatization Analyzed by Canonical Correlation

The present research on the factors of influencing enterprise informatization mo stly focus on qualitative analysis,but the key factors are not further studied or the definition of such factors is too wide to be manipulated in the practice.Based on the research of the evaluating indexes and influencing factors of EIM(Enterprise Informatization Maturity),the relationship between them is found b y quantitatively analyzing on the survey of 63 enterprise with the method of can onical correlation analysis.6 indexes are found from 10 evaluating indexes of e nterprise informationization,they are: construction of the Local Area Network,construction of the Web site,degree of production automation,the level of info rmation sharing among different information systems,the level of combining with partner information system,and level of the utilizing of Electronic commerce.8 key factors are drawn from the total 30 factors which influence the evaluating indexes,they are: the attitude of prime manager on IT(Information Technology),the employees' IT skill,the investing scale on the IT construction,the pres ent situation of enterprise' management rules,the level of the cooperation amo ng the different departments,the government funding support on the enterprise i nformatization,the role of government on the enterprise informatization and the informatization lever of customs and suppliers.In the process of Enterprise In formatization,in order to enhance the core competitive power,these key influen cing factors should be considered firstly to avoid wasting the funds and human r ecourse and to improve the effects of enterprise informatization.
