玻璃钢抽油杆模拟缺陷微波无损检测信号的计算机分析

摘    要:玻璃钢抽油杆由于其重量轻、弹性好、抗腐蚀等明显优点在世界各产油国得到飞速发展.但由于无法对玻璃钢抽油杆的缺陷进行科学的检测,降低了抽油杆的工作可靠性,限制了玻璃钢抽油杆的应用.本文使用反射法对玻璃钢杆的气孔缺陷进行检测,并进行计算机分析.对特征参数和气孔体积作回归分析.通过回归分析,发现缺陷信号波峰面积和气孔体积成正比关系,应用到其它杆件中,得出的结果与实际气孔的体积的相对误差在6%以内.

Abstract:Because flaws of fiberglass-reinforced plastic sucker rods can't be tested scientifically,the reliability of sucker rods are decreased and the use of fiberglass-reinforced plastic sucker rods are limited.The microwave signal of fiberglass-reinforced plastic sucker rods with computer are analyzed in this paper.Reflection are studied and regression analysis are used between feature parameters and volumes of gas holes and heights of gas holes.From regression analysis,the area of wave crest is direct proportion to volume.From using the function at other rods,the relative error of the volumes of gas holes are less than percent 6.
