摘    要:通过Zeta电位测试法和滤膜通过性测试法作为评价手段,考察了各类含聚污水稳定药剂对含聚污水的Zeta电位值和滤膜通过性能的影响;进而评价含聚污水的注入性,并筛选出具有良好稳定性能的含聚污水稳定药剂。研究结果表明,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚AEO-5能有效提高含聚污水的滤膜通过性,并降低Zeta电位;能有效消除乳化油对含聚采出液体系稳定性的不利影响。EDTA具有较强的络合能力,对于含有Fe~(2+)和Fe~(3+)的含聚污水具有更好的稳定作用。硫脲和亚硫酸氢钠能有效去除含聚采出液中的溶解氧,提高含聚污水的稳定性,尤其是硫脲的除氧效果更好。针对含聚采出液中悬浮物对体系稳定性的影响,由于CMC所带阴离子电荷数量高于PVA,在提高滤膜通过性和降低Zeta电位方面性能较好。综合考虑,CMC应用效果更好。

Abstract:Through evaluation methods of Zeta potential test and membrane filtration test, the effects of the wastewater containing polymer and stabilization agents on Zeta potential value and membrane filtration were investigated, and then the injection of wastewater containing polymer was evaluated. Finally, the stable agent with good stability was screened out. The research results show that the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether AEO-5 can effectively improve the membrane filtration and reduce the zeta potential value of wastewater containing polymer. Also, it can effectively eliminate the adverse effects of emulsified oil on the stability of extraction liquid system containing polymer. EDTA has strong complexing ability, and has a better stabilizing effect for wastewater containing polymer, Fe2+and Fe3+. Sulfourea and sodium bisulfite can effectively remove dissolved oxygen from wastewater, and improve the stability of wastewater containing polymer. The deoxidization effect of sulfourea is better. According to the influence of the suspended matter on the stability of the system, the CMC has better performance on improving membrane filtration and reducing Zeta potential value than the PVA, as the amount of anionic charge carried by CMC is more. Comprehensive consideration, the application effect of CMC is better.
