| 摘 要： | 本文从理论上建立了圆弧形槽切削的切削模型,在此基础上推导出圆弧形槽切削的切削力公式及切削方程式。同时,对本文提出的切削力公式进行了实验验证。结果表明,理论预测值与实验值符合得较好。

| Abstract: | A cutting model for circular groove cutting is established theo-retically in this paper.Based on this model,the theoretical cuttingforce formula for circular groove cutting and the cutting equation arederived.Meanwhile,the theoretical cutting force formula presentedin this paper is verified experimentally,and the results show thatthe theoretical predictions agree well with the experimental results. |
