大型静电除尘装置主体钢结构的有限元分析

摘    要:利用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某型号静电除尘装置主体钢结构建立有限元模型,并对模型进行了有限元分析,研究了在各种载荷共同作用下主体结构应力(应变)以及位移(变形)情况。结果表明,分析计算具有较高的精度,所建模型和采用的计算方法合理,可进一步用于电除尘器结构的优化设计。

Abstract:Based on the construction features of the steel structures of a type of electrical dust precipitator,a finite element model was established with large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the structure stress and displacement of the model under all sorts of loads were analyzed with the frontal solution method.The results indicate that analysis is relatively accurate,the finite element model and the analysis method is appropriate.The result can be further used for optimization design of the elect...
