摘    要:通过Gleeble 3500型热模拟机研究了Mg97Y2Zn1镁合金在热变形过程中流变应力与变形温度和应变速率等之间的关系,并建立了相应的流变应力模型.结果表明:在所采用的试验条件下,Mg97Y2Zn1合金的流变应力随变形温度的升高而降低,随应变速率的增加而提高;Mg97Y2Zn1合金的流动应力应变行为可用Zener Hollomon参数表示;Mg97Y2Zn1合金在高温塑性变形过程中的平均变形激活能为137.277 kJ/mol.

Abstract:The relationship among the flow stress,the deformation temperatures and the strain rates of Mg_(97)Y_2Zn_1 magnesium alloy during hot compression deformation was investigated by using Gleeble-3500 thermal-mechanical simulator.And the corresponding flow stress model was established.The results indicate that the flow stress of the alloy decreases with increasing temperature at a given strain rate,and increases with increasing strain rate at a given temperature.The flow stress behavior of Mg_(97)Y_2Zn_1 magnes...
