| 摘 要： | 探讨农村中小学教师心理健康状况。方法:采用了精神症状自评量表(SCL一90)对平顶山市225名农村中小学教师进行调查。结果:(1)农村中小学教师的心理健康水平低于全国普通人群,心理健康问题的检出率为24.3%;(2)小学教师的心理健康状况比中学教师好;(3)农村中小学教师心理健康水平在性别上、年龄上和所教课程上均存在显著性差异。结论:农村中小学教师心理问题发生率较高。
